Over the years, my referral business has grown exponentially due to the strong relationships I’ve built with my referral sources. They know they can count on me to deliver the level of service our mutual clients expect, to help ‘house-hunters’ become Home Buyers.Since 1992 I have been privileged to hold various positions in sales and management, giving me a thorough understanding of the residential mortgage loan process. Working closely with sales and operations teams, secondary marketing and executive management provided valuable insight into the industry. I know what it takes to put best practices into place to create the opportunities that produce the top results for our clients, as well as contribute to the success of the lending company.In the industry at-large, I am honored to have been part of regional and national advisory councils providing a forum for discussion of, and advocating change within our industry. We have challenged mortgage originators to seek continuous improvements that will provide a better customer experience as well as benefit their organizations.I am a resident of Loudoun County, Virginia with my wife, Tammie, and our four children: Ashleigh, Zachary, Nicholas, and Samantha. I enjoy coaching Little League and Travel baseball in the Spring and Fall seasons.
